Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a security role.

KCSE Certificate required.

Access Control & Security Operations**
- Manage entry and exit of staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles while ensuring compliance with security procedures through patrols, monitoring, and verification processes.
Loss Prevention & Asset Protection****
- Safeguard company assets, inventory, vehicles, and property by preventing theft, monitoring movement of goods, and reporting suspicious activities or incidents.
Surveillance & Monitoring****
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and security equipment to detect, respond to, and escalate potential security threats or emergencies.
Incident Response & Emergency Support****
- Respond effectively to emergencies including fire, accidents, medical incidents, and security breaches while supporting evacuation and coordination with emergency services.
Reporting & Record Keeping****
- Maintain accurate security records, incident reports, visitor logs, and shift handover notes while communicating security concerns promptly to management.
Professional Conduct & Discipline****
- Uphold high standards of integrity, discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company security procedures and supervisor instructions.
Coordination & Operational Support**
- Work closely with warehouse teams, transport staff, residence occupants, and external agencies to maintain safety, order, and smooth daily operations.
