Graduate in Horticulture, Floriculture, Agronomy, or Agriculture.

5–7 years’ proven experience in vegetable and flower propagation at management level.

Strong technical expertise in nursery propagation (vegetables and summer flowers).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
-
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nursery Operations & Quality Control
-
Oversee the daily propagation of vegetables and summer flowers from seed/seedling stage to transplant readiness.

Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure high germination rates, uniform growth, and disease-free seedlings.

Ensure proper irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease management, and nursery hygiene.
Planning & Strategy
-
Develop propagation schedules aligned with farm demands and customer orders.
-
Anticipate future challenges (climate, pest pressures, market demand) and design strategies to address them.
-
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in propagation practices.
Resource & Budget Management
-
Manage nursery budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
-
Oversee procurement and efficient use of seeds, substrates, fertilizers, chemicals, and other nursery inputs.

Ensure infrastructure and equipment (greenhouses, irrigation, shading) are well maintained.
People Management

Lead, train, and motivate a team of nursery staff to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure health, safety, and compliance with labor and environmental regulations.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations

Ensure timely delivery of quality seedlings to internal and external customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Provide technical advice and after-sales support where needed.
