Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Medicine or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Registered and licensed Clinical Officer with the Clinical Officers Council (COC).

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a busy healthcare setting.

Proven skills in lesson planning, Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCES), and clinical simulation.

A Higher Diploma or specialization (e.g., Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Anaesthesia) is a distinct advantage.

Prior experience in teaching, mentorship, or clinical instruction is an added advantage.

Valid TVETA Trainer License (registration with TVETA) and a pedagogy training certificate will be an added advantage.

Deliver lectures and facilitate learning sessions in assigned subject areas.

Prepare teaching work plans, lesson plans, and schemes of work.

Develop curriculum support materials, lesson notes, and learning resources.

Supervise student coursework, assignments, research activities, practical sessions, and clinical attachments.

Set, administer, invigilate, and mark examinations or Continuous Assessment Tests (CATS) in accordance with college policies.

Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on student academic progress.

Mentor and guide students on professional and academic development.

Coordinate clinical practice and simulation activities.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
