Marketing And Communications Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

  • 3–5 years of marketing and/or communications experience, ideally in B2B health, tech, or

development

  • Demonstrated track record running LinkedIn or a comparable B2B channel

-AI-native: fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI or Figma (and other similar platforms), and a

marketing automation tool (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar). This is non-

negotiable.

  • Sharp writer with a portfolio of published or organizational content

-Comfortable producing publication-quality visuals from briefs using AI design tools

  • Excellent written and spoken English

Brand & B2B Communications

  • Own TC4A’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end: content calendar, posting, engagement

  • Translate program execution into evidence-based content — partner updates, milestones, impact

stories

  • Draft and edit thought leadership pieces, op-eds, blog posts, and client-facing - Support business development with case studies, capability statements, pitch decks, and proposal

visuals

  • Manage media relationships and coordinate press around major announcements and events (WHA,

World Health Summit, AfDB convenings)

MLH Growth Marketing

  • Run MLH’s growth channels: LinkedIn page, email campaigns, SEO/AEO content, country-specific

user campaigns

  • Design and execute HCP acquisition and retention campaigns across markets

  • Track funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, retention) and refine quarterly

Production & Design

  • Produce visual assets using AI design tools (Canva, Figma AI, Midjourney or equivalents) —

decks, infographics, social cards, one-pagers

  • Brief and manage external designers for high-stakes work (investor decks, brand projects)

  • Maintain brand consistency across TC4A and MLH

Measurement

  • Track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics across channels

  • Report monthly on what worked, what didn’t, and what to change
