Imarika DT Sacco is one of the best top managed tier Sacco in the Coast region, registered on 14th September 1974 with an initial membership of 100.Its area of operation is the republic of Kenya with membership spread across the country. Imarika Sacco also serves members across the world using its vibrant digital platform. Original members of the Sacco were Primary School teachers. However, the common bond was opened and Imarika Sacco attracts members across the board e.g. teachers, civil servants, self-employed persons, Corporate entities e.t.cThe purpose of this job is recruitment of new members, enhancing products awareness, educating them on the importance of savings, understanding their needs, Provide financial solution, empowering socio-economical, thus making sure the Sacco grow and meet the Sacco core objectives and targets. Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks Operational Responsibilities/Tasks Recruitment of new members as per set targets. Promote and cross selling of the Saccos products and services. Represent the Sacco to all potential and present Member. Activation of Dormancy accounts. Help in coming up of new products according to members need. Empower members economically as well as maintaining good image of the Sacco Enhancing members growth in investments Retention of new and existing members. Support in marketing related activities. Production and submission of weekly/monthly reports. Promote Sacco image. Responsible for account opening and perform all other account opening activities. Support in design and implementation of marketing progress and strategies. Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills). Academic qualifications Diploma in Business related course Certificate in sales management Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies Marketing Society of Kenya. Previous relevant work experience required. One Year of relevant work experience
