The company's sole mission is to satisfy our customers by supplying the safest and highest quality standard of affordable horticultural produce.About the Role The Merchandiser will be responsible for driving excellent in-store execution for Epic Fruit Snacks across assigned outlets. The role ensures that products are consistently available, visible, correctly displayed, well stocked, properly priced, and presented in line with Vert Limited’s merchandising and brand standards. The position plays a key role in supporting sales growth, improving outlet coverage, strengthening brand visibility, maintaining stock discipline, ensuring 100% use of the company-provided Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool, collecting market intelligence, and building strong working relationships with retail partners. Key Responsibilities  Sales & Product Availability Ensure consistent availability of all Epic Fruit Snacks SKUs in all assigned outlets. Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations in all SKUs. Follow daily route plans and identify opportunities for new outlet onboarding. Service all assigned outlets according to approved daily route plans. Identify opportunities for new outlet onboarding and product listing. Escalate availability challenges to the Merchandising Supervisor for timely resolution. Visibility & Merchandising Maintain proper shelf placement, planogram compliance, and secondary displays. Ensure products are well-faced, neatly arranged, and easy for shoppers to find. Place, maintain and monitor POSM materials in approved locations. Monitor competitor shelf presence, pricing, displays and visibility activities.   Stock Management Ensure full compliance with FIFO Standards. Conduct accurate stock counts, monitor expiry dates, and report damaged or slow-moving stock. Work closely with outlet staff to support timely stock replenishment. Report stock variances, stock-outs, overstocking, damaged products, or expiry risks. Ensure products are handled and displayed in a clean, safe, and professional manner. Execution Excellence & SFA Compliance Follow approved route plans and complete all outlet visits schedules. Use the company-provided Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool for 100% of reporting – including visits, stock updates, orders, photo evidence, and market intelligence. Support trade promotions and in-store activations per company guidelines. Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality and professionalism during fieldwork Relationship Management Build positive working relationships with store managers, attendants, and outlet staff. Resolve outlet-level issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters where necessary. Collect feedback from trade partners and consumers. Represent Vert Limited and Epic Fruit Snacks brand positively at all times. Reporting & Market Intelligence Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports via the SFA tool. Report competitor activities, pricing changes, promotions, and market opportunities. Maintain accurate records of outlet visits, display execution, and product availability. Share market opportunities, outlet challenges, and customer feedback with the Merchandising Supervisor. Provide timely updates on emerging market issues that may affect sales or brand performance. Quality & Brand Standards Ensure shelves, displays, and product packaging are clean, attractive, and damage-free. Confirm correct price tags.   Uphold Vert Limited’s brand standards across all outlets and ensure all merchandising activities contribute positively to the image of Epic Fruit Snacks. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year experience in merchandising, sales, retail execution, or FMCG field operations. Experience with supermarkets, wholesalers, or modern trade outlets is an added advantage. Background in snacks, food products, or FMCG is desirable. Experience using SFA tools, mobile reporting apps, or digital field platforms is a strong plus. Strong communication, planning, and route execution skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills. High integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
