Key Responsibilities Oversee quality control and technical processes for woven and denim products across development, pre-production and bulk production stages Monitor product quality standards, analyze inspection results and provide timely feedback to factories and production teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement Evaluate woven and denim product attributes including fabric quality, garment construction, stitching, fit, washing, finishing and overall workmanship to ensure alignment with design and customer requirements Ensure raw materials, products and production processes comply with internal standards, customer specifications and applicable regulatory requirements Work closely with cross-functional teams and factory partners to resolve quality issues, improve production consistency and maintain expected quality standards Review test results, define quality expectations and recommend practical solutions to enhance product performance, compliance and manufacturing efficiency

Requirements Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles or a related discipline At least 10 years of relevant experience in the garment trading firm, preferably with exposure to the US market Strong hands-on experience in woven and denim products, with solid knowledge of fabric characteristics, garment construction, washing and finishing processes Good understanding of factory safety standards and apparel safety requirements for the US and EU markets Sound technical knowledge of patterns, fit and garment construction Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with customers, vendors and factories Independent, well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel Good command of written and spoken English
