- At least an undergraduate degree or its equivalent in commercial, financial or quantitative discipline.
Professional:****
- Professional qualification in UX Design.

Experience with business analysis.

Experience with project management delivery mechanisms and reporting e.g. Agile, Scrum, waterfall

Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in highly automated environment.

Experience designing considered user interfaces for digital products and services

Extensive knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD etc

Deep understanding of typography, colour, layout and motion design principles

Bring ideas to life in industry standard tools: After Effects, Invision, Framer or Principle

Strong domain knowledge of different digital platforms (iOS/Android, Web)

Comfortable working within a fast paced, creative, and rapidly changing environment

Ability to meet and exceed expectations under tight timelines

Strong knowledge of UX methodologies is a must

Experience running research-based workshop sessions

Design aesthetically pleasing mock-ups, flows, and high-resolution production-ready visual layouts for web and mobile

Participate in assessments of existing experiences/interfaces, leveraging the power of analytics tools combined with a competency in usability / design best practices

Support strategic experience design practice growth initiatives, which may include areas such as marketing, recruitment, and sales
