Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's is a plus.

• CPA-K, CFA, or equivalent required; professional membership preferred.

• 5+ years experience in an MFI/Financial. Institution, 3+ in leadership.

• Overseeing the financial health and performance of the company by managing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
