Requirements

Must possess a valid flight operations licence (either a dispatch or flight crew licence).

Experience in aviation administration or a related role.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems.

Good knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., ICAO, IATA, KCAA).

Must have a minimum mean grade of C+.

Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly crew schedules and rosters.

Assign crew members to flights in accordance with operational requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Adjust rosters to accommodate operational changes, including delays, cancellations, and crew unavailability.

Ensure crew duty and rest periods comply with aviation authority regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate crew scheduling records for audits, inspections, and compliance purposes.

Monitor crew qualifications, licences, certifications, and training validity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for crew scheduling inquiries and roster changes.

Coordinate with Operations Control and Training departments to ensure optimal crew availability.

Respond promptly to operational disruptions and reassign crew to minimise operational impact.

Update and maintain crew rosters using crew management and scheduling systems.

Generate reports on crew utilisation, overtime, attendance, and regulatory compliance.

Track leave requests, sick leave, and other crew absences to ensure adequate staffing levels.
