Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in food science or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a beverage manufacturing or food processing environment

  • Supervise daily winery and distillery Productions Operations

  • Manage production staff and ensure achievement of production targets

  • Monitory production processes from raw material handling to bottling

  • Ensure machinery maintenance, calibration and cleanliness schedule are adhered to

  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports

  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Coordinate staff training

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 22000, Kaizen and other company standards
