Requirements

Degree or diploma in food science or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in a beverage manufacturing or food processing environment

Supervise daily winery and distillery Productions Operations

Manage production staff and ensure achievement of production targets

Monitory production processes from raw material handling to bottling

Ensure machinery maintenance, calibration and cleanliness schedule are adhered to

Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports
-
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-
Coordinate staff training
-
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 22000, Kaizen and other company standards
