NPO Engineer Your responsibilities Optimize multi-vendor Radio Networks (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G) to meet performance KPIs. Conduct analysis of poor cell performance and implement troubleshooting strategies. Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions. Tune Radio Network parameters to enhance coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience. Perform root cause analysis for end-to-end issues and devise actionable solutions. Create comprehensive SLA KPI reports for optimization and acceptance processes. Coordinate site acceptance for new integrations and expansions, including physical site optimization.
