The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, handling raw materials, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Responsibilities Set up, operate, clean, and maintain pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery. Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to approved formulas and ratios. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality standards. Conduct visual inspections of finished products and report any abnormalities. Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and label reconciliation documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, sterile, and contamination-free production environment. Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and work areas. Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and GMP regulations. Requirements Diploma or Certificate in Pharmaceutical Production, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and production processes. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
