Candidate Specifications

Must be between 18 – 30 years old;

Must commit to a minimum period of six (6) months;

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, or related field is an added advantage;

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work in diverse communities and multicultural environments;

Willingness to participate in field activities and community engagement programs;

Good report writing and computer skills;

Passionate about youth empowerment, community transformation, and sustainable development.

Support the planning and implementation of ITF projects and activities;
-
Conduct field visits, community assessments, and project monitoring activities;
-
Prepare project reports, activity reports, and documentation;
-
Coordinate community meetings, trainings, and awareness activities;
-
Assist in project budgeting, logistics, and operational coordination;
-
Support monitoring and evaluation processes including data collection and reporting;
-
Maintain project records, photos, and activity documentation;
-
Liaise with volunteers, schools, community leaders, and project beneficiaries;
-
Assist in organizing project launches, workshops, and community engagement activities;
-
Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
