Requirements

• You handle new customer requests, make follow-up calls and adapt travel routes.

• You work with customers in their native language.

• Together with your customers you create travel programs according to their wishes – our software system will support you in doing so.

• You work with our local teams in different East and South African countries, as well as the reservations team for hotel bookings.

• You work remote but you live in Africa, in the same or a similar time zone as East Africa (GMT +3).
