Inventory & Supply Coordination: Monitor ingredient stock levels, manage procurement planning, and resolve operational or supply chain challenges to maintain uninterrupted production. Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce HACCP, sanitation, food safety, and occupational health standards across bakery operations.
