The Board Treasurer provides financial oversight and expertise to ensure AkiliDada's financial sustainability, integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role isessential as the organization scales its operations and strengthens its governancestructures to support long-term impact across Akili Dada’s programs and strategicpriorities.** Required Qualifications and Experience**

• Professional qualification in finance, accounting, audit, or related field (CPA,

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management,

• Proven experience with organizational risk management and internal controls
