It is situated within the fast growing Chogoria township in Mwimbi division, Maara district in Tharaka - Nithi county.Key Responsibilities Patient Registration, Billing and Payments Ensure accurate patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling in the HMIS, including verification of patient details, processing payments, and applying correct ICD-11 coding. Records Management & Data Integrity Maintain complete and accurate patient records (manual and electronic), prepare required reports, and manage statutory documentation suchas birth and death notifications in compliance with policies and legal requirements. Patient Support &Compliance Provide professional front-office support to patients, uphold confidentiality of medical information, support staff training on systems and procedures, and assist in audits, data verification, and other compliance-related activities. Qualifications& Experience Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in a busy healthcare setting.
