Gamewatchers Safaris is seeking to recruit a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to support tour operations, fam trip coordination, and marketing activities within the Marketing Department. We are looking for a candidate with foundational experience in marketing coupled with basic sales knowledge on tour operations and sales, who is passionate about travel, customer experience, and destination management.
Key Responsibilities: • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content coordination. • Assist in coordinating fam trips enquiries and bookings for agents, media, and trade partners. • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within a tour operating company, DMC, travel agency, or hospitality environment in a Sales & Marketing capacity. • Basic understanding of reservations, tour operations, and itinerary preparation. • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of Tour Plan and WETU will be an added advantage.
