Provides prompt, accurate report of all income received during shift. Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests. Knows drink names, ingredients, method of preparation, appropriate glassware, and garnishes. To prepare all mise-en-place for service. Participates in weekly alcohol and liquor inventory Develops together with the outlet manager theme events, drink promotions and incentive arrangements. Prepares Store requisitions / Bar requisitions, etc Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Knowledge of Opera PSM is a bonus  Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods Qualifications Diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage or related studies 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
