The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling ready-mix concrete products, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating customer orders and deliveries. This role requires an aggressive, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of driving sales growth within a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Market and sell ready-mix concrete products to contractors, developers, construction companies, and individual clients  Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company sales  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers  Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotations  Achieve assigned sales and collection targets  Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities  Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to management  Customer Service & Coordination Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams   Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints  Follow up on customer satisfaction and product quality concerns  Guide customers on product specifications and appropriate usage  Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field  Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or ready-mix concrete industry  Valid driving license with practical driving experience  Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese language  Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets  Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications  Mature, aggressive, and self-driven personality  Special Requirements Female candidates are encouraged to apply  Willingness to travel frequently to customer and project sites  Ability to work flexible hours when necessary  Key Competencies Sales & negotiation skills  Customer relationship management  Business development & market expansion  Communication & interpersonal skills  Planning & organizational ability  Professionalism & integrity  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Performance Indicators Monthly sales targets achieved  Number of new clients acquired  Customer retention levels  Timely coordination of customer orders  Collection performance  Customer satisfaction feedback
