To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of School or school authority. Delivers exceptional,real world, enquiry based lessons that align with the Cambridge curriculum. Contributes to and shares responsibility for the realization of the vision and philosophy of the school. Demonstrates and promotes the positive values, attitudes and behaviors that are expected from all members of staff Is aware of and works within the school's  policies and framework relating to teachers’ responsibilities. Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, is developmentally appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students and maintains an organized and focused learning environment. Infuses joy and passion for learning in lessons so that students are excited and interested in their academic excellence. Diagnoses students' needs on a regular basis and cooperates with other members of staff in helping students resolve health, attitude and learning problems Be accountable for students' mastery of content and academic standards. Required Skills/Characteristics Atleast 3 years teaching experience in primary school TSC registartion certificate Must be a practising Catholic who embraces the teachings of the Catholic church. Flexible and open to change - you handle uncertainity and complexity well. Be conversant with the use of technology as a teaching and learning tool.
