Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based Prudential Kenya Nairobi County, Kenya The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and meeting client insurance needs, selling and renewing insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expert advice on insurance plans. Additional responsibilities include managing client portfolios, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and in-depth knowledge of insurance products Experience in Insurance Brokerage and financial planning or advisory services Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Relevant work experience in insurance or financial services is preferred Proficiency in using technology for managing client data and communication is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
