Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

CPA (K) or equivalent qualification; ICPAK membership is an added advantage
Experience**
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in plant controlling or cost accounting within a manufacturing environment

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, COPA, and Monthly SAP System Cost run (mandatory)

Supervise and guide Assistant Plant Controllers to ensure efficient monthly cost reporting

Maintain accurate product costing in SAP FICO (BOMs, routings, standard costing, and inventory valuation)

Coordinate month-end and year-end closing, including inventory counts, WIP valuation, and variance analysis

Monitor and control manufacturing costs (raw materials, labor, energy, overheads, and production efficiency)

Track plant operating expenses against budget and provide variance analysis with corrective actions

Oversee inventory control and stock movements to ensure accuracy and compliance

Monitor CAPEX projects, tracking costs and budget utilization

Partner with production, procurement, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting accuracy and operational performance

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Coach and develop the plant finance team members
