Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales and product movement targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-dealers and stockists. Organize farmer trainings, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Identify and support key farmers and opinion leaders within the territory. Maintain farmer and stakeholder databases. Gather market intelligence and recommend strategic actions. Support and supervise field promoters and product champions. Qualifications & Experience Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Agriculture, Crop Protection, Animal Health, or a related field. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and mobilization skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good supervisory and organizational skills. Knowledge of the local market environment is advantageous.
