Key Responsibilities Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime. Support production planning and process optimization. Lead machinery installation and commissioning projects. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor energy and utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency programs. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Technical knowledge of industrial machinery and factory systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
