Job Description Duties and responsibilities At the headquarters, the officer will oversee activities of the sections within the department. An officer at this level will be deployed in a County, Department Headquarters. At the County the officer will deployed as the County Director of Agriculture to co-ordinate all agricultural services in the County.  At the headquarters the officer will be deployed as the head of a sub-division. Specific duties will involve; Overseeing activities of the sub county within the sub-division; and  Promoting bilateral agricultural relations and cooperation.
