Served in the grade of Chief Livestock Production Officer for a minimum period of three (3) years; ii. Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Animal Science, Animal Production, Agriculture, Apiculture, Food Science and Technology, Agribusiness, Range Management, Natural Resource Management, Livestock/Agricultural Economics, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Education and Extension, or from a recognized institution; iii. Certificate in Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution. iv. Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution; and v. Demonstrated merit and shown ability as reflected in work performance and results.
