PRINCIPAL SUPERINTENDING LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Job Group Q Job Requirements For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: Served in the grade of Chief Superintending landscape Architect or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for at least three (3) years; A Bachelor’s Degree in a Landscape Architect or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; Been registered with the Board of registration of Architecture and Quantity Surveyors; Corporate membership with the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK); Attended Project Development and Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution; Strategic leadership Development Course lasting not less than six weeks (6) weeks from a recognized institution; and Demonstrated a high degree of professional competence and administrative capability required for effective planning, direction, control and coordination of landscape development function.
