About Techara Limited Teca Limited is a Nairobi-based software company building technology for African businesses. Our flagship product, Chara POS, is a mobile-first point-of-sale platform that helps Kenyan SMEs manage sales, accept M-Pesa payments, and stay KRA eTIMS compliant — all in one place. We are growing and we are looking for motivated individuals to help us bring Chara POS to businesses across Kenya.
The Role As a Chara POS Sales Agent, you will identify and engage small and medium businesses, introduce them to Chara POS, and support them through onboarding. This is a field-based, commission-driven role with no fixed hours and no office requirement.
What We Are Looking For
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Confident communicating with business owners and decision makers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Smartphone with active WhatsApp for communication and demos.
- Ability to move around Nairobi and its environs.
- Honest, professional, and reliable. No prior tech experience required. We will train you on the product.
