Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Proposal Expert. The role involves conducting thorough research and analysis to support initiatives related to human resources needs and talent acquisition. 

Key responsibilities include  Identify potential RFPs and provide support in the proposal development process  identifying potential candidates and managing onboarding processes,  Posting jobs, screen cardidates for potential projects,  Create a database of experts  Analyzing market trends to optimize talent acquisition efforts. 

Qualifications BSc or MSc in natural resource management, energy, environment, blue economy, and related fields  1-3 years of experience in project management, communication, or relevant fields Familiarity and/or exposure working with internationally funded projects such as AfDB, UNDP, UNEP, UNIDO, World Bank, etc. Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing preferred but not required. not required Knowledge in Epsilon Innovation Group's core areas is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams Relevant experience or education in human resources, business, or a related field Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
