Role Description NJTECHLAND LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will play a critical role in driving business growth through outbound outreach, relationship building, and strategic prospecting. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, organization, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new business opportunities Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods Conduct lead qualification and initial discovery conversations Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team Maintain and update CRM records accurately Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies Follow up consistently with leads and maintain pipeline activity Research target companies and decision-makers Meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals

Qualifications: Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to confidently engage with potential clients Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience using CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools is a plus Knowledge of IT solutions, networking, infrastructure, or technical sales is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
