Qualifications and Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts- 2 years minimum

Experience managing social media for a purpose-driven, healthcare, or NGO brand is a significant advantage

Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, TY & X, etc.)

Write captions aligned with brand voice

Conduct basic hashtag research and optimization

Engage with audience (comments, DMs)

Monitor trends and suggest content ideas

Track and report performance metrics

Maintain content calendar

Coordinate with videographer/editor for content pipeline

Liaise audience needing support with clinical team

Generate platform performance reports
