We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team on-site in Kenya. This position supports end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple departments.**

  • Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)****

  • Hands-on experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.)****

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

  • Strong written and spoken English with clear, neutral accent** (client-facing exposure)**

🚀 Key Responsibilities**

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms**

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

  • Assist with administrative recruitment tasks (interview coordination, communications, documentation)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring proce
