Talent Acquisition Associate About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and delivering top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support participation in recruitment events and career fairs to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing materials, and managing candidate communications. Collaborate closely with the HR and coordination teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications & Skills Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service (preferred but not required). Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
