Proficiency in RingCentral** and Casee (or similar systems).**
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle heavy call volume**.**
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.**
Manage a high-volume caseload** with precision and care.**
Use RingCentral** and Casee case management system daily.
Identify pending medical records and billing requests.
Contact medical facilities via phone or written communication.
Review and interpret previously submitted medical records.
Enter detailed notes of communications with providers.
Set follow-up dates and escalate issues to assigned paralegals.
Maintain electronic files and ensure timely case progression.
