We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and execution-oriented Business Development Manager to lead partnerships, client acquisition, growth strategy, and commercialization of our innovation portfolio. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, grants, and strategic collaborations. Develop and manage relationships with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, development partners, and investors. Lead proposal development, concept notes, pitch decks, and business presentations. Drive revenue growth across Shoshin’s innovation and technology solutions. Develop go-to-market strategies for products and services. Support commercialization of AI, ESG, AgriTech, Blue Economy, and Smart City solutions. Coordinate strategic events, innovation forums, investor engagements, and ecosystem partnerships. Conduct market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities locally and globally. Work closely with technical and innovation teams to package solutions for the market. Track sales pipeline, partnerships, and performance metrics. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Innovation Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, innovation ecosystems, consulting, or technology sector. Strong understanding of startups, digital transformation, AI, ESG, sustainability, or innovation ecosystems. Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills. Experience engaging with government, NGOs, development partners, or private sector organizations is an added advantage. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
