Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, including OTAs, GDS, and CRS platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage both rooms and MICE/event revenue streams successfully. Excellent negotiation, judgment and decision-making skills. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Finance or a related field. At least 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally within a resort or large-scale hospitality operation. Proven experience managing both rooms and banquet or conference revenue streams. Hands-on familiarity with revenue systems, including RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
