Data Analytics & AI Integration

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience & Profile
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in solar, energy, technology, or FMCG sectors. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. EHS Executive
We are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced EHS Executive to work in Nairobi, Kenya. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Dairy Development Executive
Job Summary
The overall purpose of the job is to provide extension/advisory services to dairy farmers for enhanced and sustainable strategies for increased quality milk production as well as act as liaison between the dairy farmers and Pearl.
Key duties and responsibilities
Support the farmers in the implementation of best practices in their farms – conservation of the pastures/fodder, establishing of the pastures/fodder, feeding routines, milk safety, and hygiene practices, disease control, farm planning; Assist farmers in keeping track of expenses incurred for their farms so they can assess how profitable the farm is and pinpoint areas where costs can be reduced and stock; Support in the management of the young stock to reduce calf mortality; Act as the liaison between the farmers and Pearl on matters of milk supply; Recommend and participate in recruitment and onboarding of new dairy farmers – small-scale, big-scale, individual farmers; Handle farmers’ questions and complaints related to milk quality, feeding, animal health, housing, production and farm management; Mobilise farmers for training on disease control, breeding, and hygiene; Continuous monitoring of farmers to make sure they are compliant with the expected milk production standards; Communicate with farmers regularly to understand their concerns/complaints and provide relevant solutions and escalate to the manager where necessary; Conduct field surveys to collect farmers’ views and expectations and submit the raw data to the manager for analysis; Responsible for delivery of incentives to the farmers and sensitization on proper use – pasture seeds, milk cans, weighing scales, etc.; and Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time.

ISO And Compliance Officer
Job Summary:
The overall purpose of this job is to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and drive improvement in overall product quality, operational efficiency, and food safety standards.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Review product specifications for existing and new products; conduct hazard analysis for all production processes and develop or update related procedures. Conduct daily compliance rounds across all production sections to identify gaps in quality and food safety implementation and follow up corrective actions. Plan, conduct, and document internal audits for quality, food safety, ISO standards, and GMP compliance. Coordinate trainings conducted by auditors or subject-matter experts to strengthen compliance with ISO, QMS, FSMS, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular refresher training for the Quality team and relevant staff on standards, compliance, SOPs, and updates to QMS/FSMS documentation. Participate in the drafting, updating, and review of policies, procedures, and manuals in line with ISO, Quality Management, and Food Safety Management requirements. Coordinate and respond to queries during external audits and inspections from regulatory bodies (e.g., UNBS, KEBS, Public Health Officers, NEMA, County Health Inspectors, HALAL, FSSC/ISO certification bodies). Lead and coordinate root cause analysis for any non-conformities or quality issues, and support teams in developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Oversee inter-laboratory comparison activities; review results, analyze variances, and lead root cause analysis where discrepancies occur. Conduct hazard analysis and develop or update HACCP plans for existing products and new product development. Participate in new product development by preparing product specifications and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Prepare for and participate in monthly Management Review Meetings (MRM) by compiling compliance reports, audit results, and improvement recommendations. Inspect and validate new equipment, tools, and processes to ensure they meet food safety and quality requirements before commissioning.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, ISO implementation, or compliance within a manufacturing environment. Training and certification in ISO standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP) is an added advantage.
