The Operations Manager is responsible for steering the company’s strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence. This leadership role involves overseeing multi-departmental functions—including branch management, technical services, and specialized units while maintaining rigorous standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
· Business Growth & Retention: Drive organizational expansion by implementing strategies to retain the current clientele and proactively identifying opportunities for new business development.
· Policy Development: Design, implement, and periodically review operational policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and peak efficiency.
· Leadership & Branch Supervision: Provide strategic direction and oversight to branch managers, ensuring all regional activities align with corporate objectives.
· Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary escalation point for client relations; ensure all concerns are addressed within 12 hours and formal incident investigations are resolved with a client response within 24 hours.
· Operational Optimization: Evaluate existing operational structures and recommend data-driven organizational changes to enhance workflow and productivity.
· Administrative Oversight: Manage the administrative functions of the operations department, establishing cost-effective systems and robust budgetary controls.
· Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations of operational staff, providing mentorship and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
· Departmental Oversight: Supervise specialized divisions, including the Training School, Technical Department, and Canine (Dog) Section, ensuring each unit adheres to established policies and meets company standards.
Job Qualifications
· Professional Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in the private security industry, specifically within a senior management capacity.
· Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Management, or a related field of study.
· Previous work experience as a Major or Captain in the military or GSU- SSP will be an added advantage.
