Job Description

Promote the company’s construction chemical solutions to consultants, architects, contractors, and developers. Secure product specifications in project tender documents and technical approvals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, architects, government authorities, and project owners. Provide technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders. Support sales teams with technical expertise during project discussions and negotiations. Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to identify opportunities. Recommend suitable construction chemical systems for waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, sealing, bonding, grouting, and protective coatings. Coordinate with contractors and applicators to ensure correct product application and compliance with specifications. Monitor construction projects from design stage through execution. Maintain project tracking records and update CRM/project pipelines regularly. Conduct market intelligence activities and identify competitor products and trends. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support business growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with company HSE and quality standards.
