Role Description This is a short-term consultancy contract role for a Governance & Parliamentary Lead, based on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves providing expertise on governance and parliamentary leadership, analyzing legislative frameworks, and supporting decision-making processes for executive and management levels. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing governance reports, facilitating workshops, and providing strategic consultation to stakeholders.

Qualifications Strong expertise in Governance and Parliamentary procedures, including legislative analysis and policy interpretation Proficiency in Research, Analytical Thinking, and Report Writing Experience in Workshop Facilitation and providing Strategic Consultation Excellent Communication, Organization, and Stakeholder Engagement skills Proven ability to work on-site and manage projects within high-pressure and dynamic environments Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field Experience in East African governance and legislative sectors is highly desirable
