As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership in development and execution of marketing strategies across the group. The role reports to management.
Key responsibilities Allocate and manage marketing budgets across various marketing activities in the company. Coordinate internal teams and hired support teams to ensure timely creation and execution of content across social media platforms. Plan and coordinate execution of social media content creation, traditional marketing activities, ads through meta and google platforms, SEO to improve organic ranking and SEM to improve visibility and engagement. Align marketing plans and activities with partner brands. ( Wahl, Ayers and Ceriotti) Develop strategies to promote product launches and slow moving goods. Track performance and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities to support decision making.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing. A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in a structured corporate environment with experience in planning, coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives. Ability to work independently, manage multi- entity operations and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Pro-active, keen to details and able to take initiative. Planning and organizational skills. Strong team management and leadership skills. Ideal Candidate The role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can make decisions, prioritize activities, drive implementation while coordinating teams.
