Swizzsoft Systems Ltd is a firm that develops ICT solutions that automate business processes in every sector of the economy to promote efficiency, sustainable innovation, and best practices.Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across our software solutions portfolio. This is a hands-on execution role focused on: pipeline generation demos deal closure strategic account growth The successful candidate must be capable of independently driving demos, building pipeline, and closing enterprise software deals across SACCOs, MFIs, SMEs, NGOs, churches, and institutions. We are looking for a hunter and closer, not a passive account manager. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SACCOs, MFIs, SMEs, NGOs, churches, and institutions Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, meetings, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-ups Conduct product demonstrations across: Core Banking Mobile Banking ERP Systems Drive deals from first engagement through proposal, negotiation, and closure Position solutions based on client pain points including: support challenges inaccurate reporting operational inefficiencies compliance and regulatory concerns Work closely with the bid desk and technical teams to prepare winning proposals and presentations Maintain a clean, accurate, and actively updated sales pipeline Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B software, fintech, ERP, or enterprise solution sales Proven experience engaging SACCOs, MFIs, banks, SMEs, NGOs, churches, or institutions Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline and close deals Strong product presentation and demo capability Must be comfortable selling technical solutions and communicating value clearly Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will have an added advantage: Core Banking Systems Mobile Banking ERP Solutions Financial Technology (Fintech) SACCO/MFI Technology Solutions Compliance and reporting systems What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: takes ownership thrives under targets follows through aggressively can independently run demos and close business understands enterprise software sales cycles is execution-focused and highly accountable Compensation Competitive gross salary Attractive commission structure tied to closed business Performance-based incentives Important Application Requirements Clearly indicate your expected gross salary in your application Applications without salary expectations will not be considered Shortlisted candidates will undergo: practical assessment background checks reference verification
