The successful candidate will report directly to the property owner and will be responsible for day-to-day property administration, financial record keeping, supplier coordination, and operational supervision of on-site staff and contractors. This role requires strong integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational and financial responsibilities in a structured and professional manner. The role is well suited for an individual with property management or administrative experience who is comfortable working in a high-responsibility environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 32-unit residential apartment block in Nairobi. Maintain accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and data entry using accounting software. Manage all property-related financial transactions, including rent collections, supplier invoices, payments, refunds, and operational expenses. Liaise and coordinate with key service providers, including water, electricity, security, waste management, and other vendors. Supervise maintenance and repair teams, oversee routine maintenance schedules, and ensure timely resolution of tenant and property issues. Support external audits by preparing and organising financial and operational records. Ensure effective communication and reporting with tenants, suppliers, and the property owner. Maintain compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all financial and operational matters. Key Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field. Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in property management or facilities management. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple operational tasks. Ability to work independently and report directly to ownership.
