Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Emali. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, managing client accounts, and driving the growth of bakery sales. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with new and existing customers, maintaining knowledge of our product offerings, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, providing feedback for product development, and meeting sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales, customer relationship building, and communication Ability to identify and acquire new clients, negotiate terms, and manage existing accounts Familiarity with market trends and a proactive mindset to provide customer and market feedback Detail-oriented with skills in organization, time management, and prioritization Team-oriented with an independent, goal-driven work ethic Proficiency in sales software and basic reporting tools is a plus Previous experience in a sales, retail, or food industry role is advantageous A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus
