About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition who is eager to grow and develop in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract top talent. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing interview materials and managing candidate communications. Collaborate with the HR and coordination team to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for all candidates.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. English proficiency at C1 level (advanced). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Background in HR or customer service roles. Soft Skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong team collaboration skills. Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
