About the People Operations Intern role We are looking for an intern to support the Global People Operations team between June and August 2026. You will work closely with the Performance Development vertical of the Global People Operations team to support key organizational priorities spanning onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and culture initiatives. This internship is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in People Operations, organizational development, and the operational systems that help global teams thrive. You will contribute to both day-to-day coordination and longer-term projects, gaining exposure to how a global organization designs and delivers people processes at scale. This is a high-ownership role with real deliverables. You will manage your own workstreams, communicate proactively when something is blocked, and take initiative on projects that require strong organization, judgment, and follow-through in execution.
Responsibilities Onboarding & Employee Experience Support onboarding coordination and pre-onboarding processes to help new teammates transition smoothly into IDinsight Maintain and improve onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems Support onboarding feedback collection and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Performance & People Processes Support the execution of organization-wide growth cycle processes Assist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to performance reviews and people movement processes Support operational coordination related to promotions, employee transitions, and follow-up actions after review cycles Supporting Strategic People Operations Projects Help develop internal resources, communications, and training materials for people-related programs and processes Contribute research, coordination, and project management support across evolving People Operations priorities
Qualifications Required Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines Strong written communication skills and comfort communicating professionally across teams and levels of a global organization Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, along with a willingness to learn new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes with accuracy and consistency Interest in People Operations, employee experience, organizational development, or org culture-related work Preferred Prior internship or professional experience in HR, operations, coordination, project management, or a related field
Nuts & bolts Location This internship is open to candidates in IDinsight office locations, subject to work authorization and internship policy requirements. This position is not eligible for remote work from the United States unless the candidate has their own work authorization. Start date June 2026, with a three-month commitment through August 2026. Work authorization IDinsight is not able to sponsor work authorization for this internship role. Successful candidates will not require IDinsight to sponsor their work authorization in the location in which they will be based. Compensation This internship is paid. University-funded arrangements may also be considered if the criteria are met — please discuss this with the hiring team.
