Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in sales, activations, customer service, real estate, or promotions is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, presentable, and professional.

  • Good organisational and follow-up skills.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and email.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during activations and site visits.

  • Represent Superior Homes Kenya at activations, events, and exhibitions.

  • Engage prospective clients and collect qualified leads.

  • Conduct follow-up through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

  • Invite prospective clients for site visits and assist during site tours.

  • Present project information clearly and professionally to clients.

  • Support the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

  • Prepare activation and lead generation reports.

  • Ensure activation materials and branding are well presented at all times.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
