Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales, activations, customer service, real estate, or promotions is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable, and professional.

Good organisational and follow-up skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and email.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during activations and site visits.

Represent Superior Homes Kenya at activations, events, and exhibitions.

Engage prospective clients and collect qualified leads.

Conduct follow-up through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

Invite prospective clients for site visits and assist during site tours.

Present project information clearly and professionally to clients.

Support the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

Prepare activation and lead generation reports.
-
Ensure activation materials and branding are well presented at all times.
-
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
