Role Description This is a contract-based, remote Civil Document Coordinator role. The role involves managing document-related processes, including organizing, verifying, and ensuring the timely delivery of legal and civil records. Daily responsibilities include effective communication with clients, coordinating projects to meet deadlines, ensuring quality assurance, and providing excellent customer service. The appointed person will act as a key liaison to facilitate seamless documentation workflow.

Qualifications Proficiency in Document Management and Quality Assurance to handle and validate official records with accuracy Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to address client inquiries and provide support promptly Experience in Project Coordination for managing timelines, tasks, and client deliverables effectively Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills Proficiency in standard office software applications and digital tools used for document handling An understanding of legal document handling, apostille processes, or similar administrative expertise is preferred Ability to work independently and adapt to a fully remote workflow Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is an added advantage
